He holds her in his arms,
carrying her over the threshold of beyond.
A look of pride and joy emerges upon his face,
a bashful look indeed.
He holds her close to his chest,
warming her, caressing her.
To him she is a diamond,
more rare and beautiful to gaze at.
A gem, a jewel, a precious stone,
more priceless then all worldly possessions.
She trustingly lets him carry her off,
into the unknown.
Limp in his arm,
innocent as a new born child.
Joy and happiness,
the only signs upon her face,
signs of life they are.
She all trusting,
looks forward,
allowing him to take her forward.
She does not resists.
Together they set forth,
into the night sky,
into the unknown,
with smiles on their faces.

This poem... Gave me the feeling of young unknown love. I wish I could show emotions like you. Usually I just take photographs, but I created one poem and one odd story/letter. Anyway, you did a fantastic job.
